Pick up by arrangement, or we deliver anywhere in Delaware for a flat $25 per address.

Clear and fair
Every hamper is made to order, so these terms protect the time and items that go into yours.
Deposit & payment
A 50% deposit confirms your order and is non-refundable. The balance is due 7 days before pickup or delivery. Orders needed within 7 days are paid in full when confirmed.
Cancellations
You can cancel at any time. We keep the deposit. If you cancel more than 7 days before your date, we refund any balance you've already paid. Within 7 days, the order is non-refundable because your items have been bought and assembled.
Changes
You can change a package, quantity or date up to 7 days before your date, subject to availability. Any price difference is added to or refunded from your balance.
Substitutions
Contents vary by availability. If an item you specifically agreed to becomes unavailable, we'll check with you and replace it with one of equal or greater value.
Delivery & pickup
Delaware delivery is $25 per address. Please give us the right address and a reachable phone number. If a delivery fails because of incorrect details or no one being available, a second delivery costs $25. Uncollected pickups are held for 3 days.
Damaged or missing items
Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your hamper, with a photo. We'll replace the item or credit you. Food and opened items can't be returned for other reasons.

What wine is in the hampers?
Our Signature, Gold and Platinum hampers include a bottle of fine non-alcoholic wine, so they suit every recipient, from colleagues to church leaders. Building your own? Tell us your wine preference in your request.
Will my hamper look exactly like the photo?
The photos show the style and value of each tier, not a fixed list of items. We choose contents to suit the recipient and what we can source reliably. If an item you specifically agreed to becomes unavailable, we'll check with you before substituting.
When is the Christmas order deadline?
November 21, 2026, subject to capacity. We make each batch by hand and close bookings once we're full, so earlier is better.
How does payment work?
Add your hampers to the cart and check out securely with Square. You can pay a 50% non-refundable deposit now and the balance 7 days before pickup or delivery, or pay in full. Build Your Own and group orders get a quote first, then a Square payment link.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Delaware for a flat $25 per address. Pickup is also available by arrangement. For group orders with several addresses, delivery is included in your quote.
Can you add our company or church branding?
Tell us what you have in mind in your request. Branding options depend on quantities and lead time, and we'll include them in your quote.
Can I request specific items or avoid certain ones?
Yes. Tell us about allergies, dietary needs, scent sensitivities or favorite things in the form. For specific items, Build Your Own is the best fit.
